(LEE Han-na) When I entered the university, everything here was interesting and amazing. I joined the English newspaper, dreaming of a passionate and busy university life. The first club meeting, the first interview, the first article… The memories of those moments keep popping up in my head. When I was scolded by elders because of some fault, I was just a freshman who liked to work and learn something new.
After spending a wonderful winter vacation with our classmen, we soon welcomed our first underclass cub reporters. We worked cheerfully, laughed, and chatted. Those times went by too quick along with my sophomore year.
I lived a busy junior life and I forgot my passion because of my exhausting school life as well as pressure about my future. I’m already standing at the finish line, but to me it’s just a start. I hope to regain my passion once again and bloom into a person who can develop as much as I learned throughout my college years.

(BYUN Eun Mi) In March 2010, I went to the English newspaper for an interview without knowing much at all. I wanted to join various clubs but I ventured into the English newspaper club because of my passion for writing. At first it felt like I was working at an office because of the atmosphere, but as time passed I felt like I was part of a family.
In 2011, due to the absence of the 28th class seniors, we became the board members. At first, we were excited but it was only the beginning of hard times. We didn’t know what to do…
In 2012, the last year of our stay in the English newspaper club, all of the junior and cub reporters gathered together and shared a wonderful year.
Thus my 3 years was complete. At first I said to myself ‘It’s finally over!!’ but later it was hard to leave something that has been a part of my life for so long. However, those who meet must part! I’ve had many good memories here and there will be many more to come. But my heart will always be with the Gachon Herald.

(YANG Jiyeon)I never thought I would someday join the Gachon Herald, since I was never great with English to begin with. Then one day I had the interview and I passed the interview with luck. I was not too sure if I would do well, but the Gachon Herald has become an indispensable part of my college life as I spent more than half of my college year here. And now, three years later, I am retiring. The Gachon Herald was too good for me. I was a freshman who didn’t know anything about working as a reporter, training and meeting important people. The Gachon Herald let me enjoy social activities that were rare for college students. I learned about writing and English through training. And I enlarged my experience as I wrote many articles. Also, I learned about responsibility and team work. All of these activities in the Gachon Herald will help me greet another new start. Lastly, I'd like to thank my classmen at the Gachon Herald who were with me till the finish.

(JEON Ah Young) Maybe, this article will be my last one. It saddens me. When people meet their end, they always think, "If only I had more time… I could’ve done better." When I was a freshman, I had no clue on what the university had in store for me, but I wanted to be active and learn something, anything. And then, I came across the Gachon Herald. It changed everything.
The first thing it changed was my social life. The Gachon Herald seemed like a business, so at first I had a hard time adjusting. It was very difficult for me, but now I can understand how a business works.
The second thing I learned was people. During my term with the Gachon Herald I met many people. Sometimes, when I interviewed someone, I learned many things and I have many good memories with my seniors and juniors. But, the best people were my co-workers Hanna, Eunmi, Yanggi, Jooseong, and Cheolmin. Thank you guys so much! If you guys were not with me, I’m not sure I could have made it. Thank you so much for all the help and good memories. I will never forget you guys! I will miss everything. Although our term has expired, let’s get together often.
And to the 30th, and 31st classmen, I’m sorry I wasn’t always there for you guys. I should have done better. I'm very sorry, but don’t hate me, I love you guys! I ¢½ the Gachon Herald. Gachon Herald forever!

Also we would like to thank our seniors, professors, assistant administrators and juniors!
