The best way to improve your English is to immerse yourself in the language as much as possible. You want to keep everything in English as much as you can. Here are 10 ways that you can begin to do just that:
.Label things with stickers or Post-its around your house. Label even the simple words that you know. You want to get to the point where you think of these things in English without hesitation.
.Take notes. Use the notes function in your phone. As you go about your day, you might run into some English words that you don't fully understand. Write them down and look up the words at the end of the day.
.Instead of Naver as your search engine, use Google and search in English.
.Put some English songs into your MP3 and sing an English song the next time you go to the noraebong!
.Have an English radio station such as the BBC on in the background when you are doing things around the house or studying.
.Call a customer service number and ask questions (1330)
.Switch the operating system on your computer to English.
.Read an article in English every day. Read silently, then read aloud and record your voice.
.Find some foreign friends or ones who speak English well. Maybe you can start your own English club.
.Go to an English or Irish pub. As well as having a menu in English and being a good way of finding out something about the culture of English speaking countries, you might also find there are free English language listings magazines, English language sports on the TV and/ or foreign people you can speak to.

It’s all about creating opportunities for yourself. Go to restaurants with English menus, ask questions to people on the street who you think may speak English etc. It’s the little things that set mediocre English speakers apart from the more natural ones.
